Getting started

Welcome to AgentixSEO

AgentixSEO is an agency SEO platform that researches, writes, deploys and reports on search work for every client you manage.

AgentixSEO runs the whole search program for an agency and its clients in one place: keyword research and rank tracking, technical audits and fixes, AI-written blogs and geo pages, backlinks and citations, Google Business Profile, answer-engine visibility, call tracking, and client-ready reporting.

It is built for people who run search programs for multiple businesses at once, not for a single in-house marketer. Every screen, dataset and generated draft is scoped to one client, and the same agency team can move between dozens of clients without losing context or mixing up data.

These docs are organised the same way the product is. If you are new, start with the quickstart, then read the section for the work you are doing. If you already know the product and just need a definition or a fix, jump straight to the Reference section.

What makes it different

  • Work is client-scoped: every keyword, task, article and report belongs to one client, and access follows your agency and team assignments.
  • AI is grounded in client context. The AI Training knowledge base feeds business facts, services and tone into every generated blog, task rewrite, press release and Business Profile post.
  • Output is deployable, not just advisory. Articles, schema, widgets and page fixes can be pushed to the live site through WordPress, the SEO script, or a managed blog subdomain.
  • Everything is reportable and white-labelable, including public client-facing reports and proposals on your own domain.
  • Nearly every recurring job, audits, rank refreshes, grid searches, answer-engine checks, Search Console syncs, runs on a schedule, so the platform keeps working between logins.

Who does what

Most agencies split work across a small set of recurring roles inside the platform. None of this is enforced by the software, it is simply how the feature set maps onto a typical team.

Getting help

Every page here has a "Was this helpful?" control at the bottom. Use it, the notes go straight to the team that maintains the docs. For account-specific problems, use the Help button inside the app so the request arrives with your workspace details attached.

New to the product?

Read the quickstart end to end before you touch a live client site. It takes about an hour and prevents most of the "why is this empty" questions covered in the FAQ.
